These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by NAff Studio. By confirming a project, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

Project Engagement
- 1.1 A project is considered confirmed only after written approval and payment of the required advance.
- 1.2 NAff Studio reserves the right to decline any project that does not align with company standards or policies.
- 1.3 Clear project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon prior to commencement.

Payment Terms
- 2.1 A 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
- 2.2 The remaining 50% must be paid prior to final file delivery.
- 2.3 Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.
- 2.4 All payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- 2.5 Express or urgent delivery requests may incur additional fees.

Revisions Policy
- 3.1 Each project includes up to three (3) revisions.
- 3.2 Any revisions beyond the included three will be subject to additional charges.
- 3.3 Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- 3.4 If no response is received within 48 hours, the project will be considered approved and finalized.
- 3.5 Major changes in concept, direction, or scope after approval may require a new quotation.

Source / Project Files
- 4.1 Source or editable project files (AI, PSD, AEP, PRPROJ, RAW files, etc.) are not included by default.
- 4.2 Source files may be provided upon request and will incur an additional fee.
- 4.3 Without source file purchase, only final export formats will be delivered.

Delivery & Timeline
- 5.1 Project timelines vary depending on complexity and scope.
- 5.2 Delays in client communication, feedback, or material submission may affect delivery schedules.
- 5.3 NAff Studio is not liable for timeline extensions caused by incomplete information from the Client.

Client Responsibilities
- 6.1 The Client must provide accurate content, brand assets, references, and instructions before project initiation.
- 6.2 The Client is responsible for reviewing all final materials prior to approval.
- 6.3 NAff Studio is not responsible for errors approved by the Client.

Intellectual Property & Usage
- 7.1 Upon full payment, the Client receives rights to the final approved deliverables.
- 7.2 NAff Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 7.3 Unauthorized modification, resale, or redistribution of unfinished concepts is prohibited.

Cancellation & Termination
- 8.1 If a project is cancelled after commencement, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- 8.2 In case of cancellation mid-project, payment will be calculated based on work completed.
- 8.3 NAff Studio reserves the right to terminate a project if the Client violates agreed terms.

Confidentiality
All project-related information shared by the Client will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.

Limitation of Liability
NAff Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered materials.
Effective Date
These Terms & Conditions apply to all projects undertaken by NAff Studio from the date of agreement.
By confirming a project with NAff Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

At NAff Studio, we are passionate about delivering exceptional creative experiences in digital design, video editing, photography, and product development. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, the following refund guidelines apply.

Advance Payments
- 1.1 Advance payments help secure your project, reserve time, and allocate our creative resources.
- 1.2 Once a project has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable, as work begins immediately to bring your vision to life.

Project Cancellation
- 2.1 If a project is cancelled before work begins, we may offer a partial refund after accounting for administrative or consultation efforts.
- 2.2 If a project is cancelled after work has started, refunds are not available for completed work.
- 2.3 For mid-project cancellations, payments will be adjusted based on the proportion of work completed, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Client Satisfaction
- 3.1 We offer up to three (3) revisions to align the final outcome with your expectations.
- 3.2 Refunds are not issued once revisions have been delivered as agreed, as our focus is on ensuring the highest quality creative output.

Final Delivery
4.1 Upon delivery and approval of the final files, the project is considered complete, and no further refunds will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations where NAff Studio is unable to deliver the agreed services, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
